We moved into an Independent Living Community after being homeowners for 50 years. CDS contractors were hired to remake the apartment unit to our specific needs. Juan was very easy to deal with and understood our needs as older residents. He made some very valuable suggestions that have eased our lives considerable such as easy to enter showers, the placement of grab bars etc. His crew always showed up on time and were very professional in their work and their demeanor. If the need arises we will hire CDS again as long as we could have Juan as the project manager.

Our house had a major water damage when we were out on a vacation. The stress was unbearable, trying to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. However, by looking at the excellent reviews from BBB and google, I was able to find CDS Contractors Inc. This company is epitome of an excellent family business. For instance, Daniel Murphy remained very professional, accommodating, helpful, and friendly since day 1. He was always available when you needed him. They had 90 % of our house finished without even receiving any down payment, since we were still waiting for the insurance coverage. He exemplified everything we expected from a contractor. This company not only repaired our house, but went above and beyond to help us move back to our house comfortably and satisfied. Moreover, they helped us deal with public adjusters. Everyone from the owner, Steve Murphy, to the finance department, down to the construction workers, they were all very professional and helpful. Now we are grateful to be back to our nicely done house. Everything from the tile flooring, to our kitchen, our bathrooms, and our bedrooms, everything was done just as expected, and more. I don't know where to begin with the accolades for this company. My family and I moved from NY to Florida last November. We purchased a rather large house. It was in good shape but it just wasn't what we liked. Therefore we decided to renovate all the bathrooms, change all the floors,paint all the rooms,re=do the kitchen and add all new appliances. From day one we were met with professionalism. The contractors estimator Corey took his time and walked us through everything from cost and effect to time constraints and what would be best for the space we had. We had a budget and he did his best to keep us within it. Once the work began, everything went as scheduled. I expected a two month project but Steve the owner got it all done in six weeks. A full crew of workers and craftsmen were there everyday. Steve's company is not just construction but it's also a granite quarry, cabinetry,tile all in one. In a long story short Steve's company turned our 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom 3600 sq ft house into a dream home we never thought we would own. I have dealt with contractors all my life nd these guys are the best I have dealt with. Kudos all around. If you are going to do a small remodeling job or a complete gut renovation this is the company for you. Steve is not only my new contractor he is also a good friend to share a glass of wine with.

We had an amazing experience with CDS contractors. They completed a home renovation job for us which included new flooring throughout our home, kitchen remodel, and opening up several walls. They were quick to start the job, showed up to work on time, worked everyday until job finished, and quickly responded to all of our phone calls/messages. We highly recommend CDS Contractors for any home repair/renovation/remodel job. Thank you to Steve and all CDS employees for a job well done! We love our home!!

We purchased our first home and wanted to update the kitchen and 3 bathrooms with new granite, cabinet and shower doors. We met with 6 other contracting companies before deciding on CDS. We had an awesome experience with them. Daniel wrote up the contract and is really pleasant to work with. He made sure to be really detailed with the contract, which I really appreciated. He was reasonable and really tried hard to work within our budget. Juan was the project manager and he is awesome. He pays attention to details and offers really good ideas on how to make the project better. He went above and beyond to make our home absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend this company.

We recently moved into an Independent Living CCRC. CDS Contractors did a major renovation to our apartment. The team was led by Marco and his assistant Veronica. Everything turned out beautiful. New floor tile in the kitchen and baths, laminate flooring in the other living areas, bath conversions to showers, and new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. All team members from multiple disciplines were coordinated and the project was completed on time. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Marco and Veronica supervised all phases of the project paying close attention to detail. We are delighted with our new apartment renovations. We highly recommend CDS Contractors.

CDS replaced windows in our veranda. They did a first-rate job. Their workers are steady and professional and completed work within given timeframe. Veronica stayed in contact entire time. Thank you.

Updated. The company lived up to my every expectation. They were timely, they were thorough and most importantly, they continuously strive to assure that I would be happy with the results. I am writing this about 4 months after the project was completed. The quality of the work is exceptional. We had a couple of minor issues and they were out the next day to address them. I highly recommend them Intial Review I don't usually write a review at the beginning of the process. Certainly there are a lot of things that can (often do) go wrong in a relationship. BUT I have just had such a horrible experience based on poor communications, that I just want to publicly compliment them. Their Estimator, Corey was exceptional. In answering our questions. Angel , their cabinet manager, stayed very late to make sure we got out kitchen layout we want. I am deeply impressed. Thank you.

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible transformation of our kitchen. What started as a gutted space with mold issues and structural concerns turned into a completely modern, beautiful, and functional kitchen beyond what we imagined. The team handled everything from mold remediation and sealing to prevent future growth, reinforcing the crawlspace foundation, installing new subflooring, drywall, texture, and paint — and then completely updating the space with brand-new cabinets, countertops, and finishes.
